When upgrading the software to version 11  you will require a new unlock code. After installation from the opening screen there is an ‘Unlock’ button with two serial numbers provided that relate directly to the PC on which you have installed the software. Please e-mail or telephone Neptune with these serial numbers. We will then provide you with the unlock code for your PC.
